I don’t remember where it was but I had gone to hear a DJ one night and when I got there, he was talking about music. He was explaining something technical and he gave us an example. Instead of more explanation, he started singing in a beautiful operatic voice. Wow! This DJ was Merryjest Starchild. I really enjoyed the show, so when I found that he was doing a performance at Fantasy Faire, I went, and I enjoyed that as well. It was an original work called “Wonders: Crashing the Queen’s Party," about Alice told from the perspective of the Cheshire Cat. Here's a photo of a scene with Merryjest on the left and KariaKae Karu as Alice. You can watch it here: Merryjest’s Wonders: Crashing The Queen’s Party

Musings on Fantasy Faire
Justine Johndory is also a live performer. This is a photo of her amazing set when she performed recently at Fantasy Faire. She gave a stirring performance of protest songs ending with a call against injustice.
